CATERING

Silverstone Circuit’s inhouse Catering & Hospitality team, working in partnership with key suppliers, deliver a broad range of catering and hospitality services across Escapade Living, Conference & Banqueting, Retail Catering, Race Day Hospitality, Concessions and staff welfare 365 day a year.
Wherever possible, we source local ingredients and pride ourselves on producing our dishes from scratch, be that for 26,000 Race Day Hospitality guests, tea & coffee for 5 guests in the Wing, or up to 150,000 visitors to our restaurants, coffee shops and concession outlets.
Whether for an internal meeting or a major event, throughout the year we also provide support to our staff, contractors and volunteers with food and drink solutions.
Working to deliver these services are a fulltime F&B team of 50, supported by over 200 casuals who all demonstrate energy, commitment and a meticulous focus on delivering the safe, happy and bustling environment of a world-class leisure venue.   

CIRCUIT SAFETY

Safety first, always. The Circuit Safety Team ensures Silverstone remains one of the safest tracks in motorsport. From managing race-day safety measures to inspecting and maintaining track infrastructure, our focus is on protecting everyone involved – drivers, teams, team members and spectators. Working in Circuit Safety is a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise with the adrenaline of motorsport.

FACILITIES AND LOGISTICS

The growing Estate and Logistics team is a vital subdivision of the Venue Services department and is made up of a team who take care of a 400+ acres area including all onsite buildings, and the pit lane and paddocks.
 
We implement essential changes to the circuit in relation to safety regulations from the FIA or FIM governing bodies, as well as handling day-to-day operations of any activity at the venue. The team works across all departments to maintain the appearance of the estate, distribute furniture and equipment across the entire site and ensure all buildings are fully operational. 

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Our Health and Safety Team is the backbone of Silverstone’s operations, ensuring that every event and activity is carried out to the highest safety standards. We work tirelessly to maintain a culture where safety is second nature, whether it’s a high-speed race or a corporate event. This team is essential in keeping Silverstone a safe and welcoming place for all.

MEDICAL SERVICES

Medical Services are here for everyone, providing and coordinating year-round medical cover for all on and off-track events at Silverstone.  

We have over 100 healthcare professionals within the Silverstone Medical Team pool of contractors, most of whom normally work in the NHS or other private healthcare settings.  These include doctors, nurses, operating department practitioners, radiographers, paramedics and ambulance crew. Our CQC registered Medical Centre consists of a 4-bed resuscitation room, 2-bed minor treatment room, 2 x 4 bed observation areas, burns room and imaging suite.  And, we operate a fleet of 4 medical response cars and 5 ambulances.   

With a combination of race meetings, track days, corporate hire, testing and drive experiences, the track is in use most days. We see patients including spectators, contractors, staff and visitors alike and we pride ourselves on being able to offer such high-quality care.  

SECURITY

Security at Silverstone isn’t just about keeping people safe, it’s about creating an environment where we can continue to provide exceptional experiences for everyone. We manage everything from large-scale events to day-to-day operations. Our team works around the clock, 365 days a year ensuring seamless protection for our guests, team members and venues. 

VENUE SERVICES

Venue Services is responsible for the maintenance, setup and breakdown of all events at Silverstone. We look after an area of 400+ acres including all onsite buildings. 

We provide vital support on all events, from our International Conference & Exhibition Centre right through to our major events.

We implement essential changes to the circuit in relation to safety regulations from the FIA or FIM governing bodies, as well as handling day-to-day operations of any activity at the venue. And, we manage the private network of mains water and power usage/consumption onsite. Full training will be provided for operating machinery such as forklifts, telehandlers, MEWPs and 180 or 360 excavators.
