Recruitment Team Review

- Stage 3
Hiring Manager Review
Our Recruitment Team will carefully review and shortlist candidates to share with the Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager will then review each application to select the top candidates for the next stage of the recruitment process. Our Recruitment Team will keep you updated with potential timeframes throughout.
- Stage 4
Interview
The interview process will vary based on the role and department. It may involve a brief on-site interview, a recruitment evening with a group discussion followed by an interview with the hiring manager, or a weekend open day where you can connect with hiring managers and the recruitment team before a short interview. We’ll keep you informed about the format and next steps as we progress.

Offer
We’ll be in touch to let you know if you’re the perfect fit, and if so, we’ll provide a formal offer including details about the role, compensation, benefits, and the next steps.

Background Check
We'll conduct background checks, including verifying references, performing criminal background checks (e.g., DBS), confirming your right to work (RTW), and checking your driving licence. We look forward to ensuring everything is set for your journey with us!
