Hiring Manager Review

Our Recruitment Team will carefully review and shortlist candidates to share with the Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager will then review each application to select the top candidates for the next stage of the recruitment process. Our Recruitment Team will keep you updated with potential timeframes throughout.

Stage 4

1st Interview

You’ll have an initial interview, which could be virtual or in-person, to explore your fit for the role. This interview typically lasts 30-45 minutes, and we’re excited to learn more about you! We’ll keep you updated on the format and the next steps as we move forward.

Stage 5

2nd Interview

If you move on to the next stage, you’ll have a more detailed interview, which usually includes a face-to-face meeting. This stage could also involve a task brief, a site tour, or a service trial. It’s a great opportunity for you to truly highlight your skills and experience.

Offer

We’ll be in touch to let you know if you’re the perfect fit, and if so, we’ll provide a formal offer including details about the role, compensation, benefits, and the next steps.

Background Check

We'll conduct background checks, including verifying references, performing criminal background checks (e.g., DBS), confirming your right to work (RTW), and checking your driving licence. We look forward to ensuring everything is set for your journey with us!
